An AMAZING drawing of MICKEY MOUSE! These early ones are quite rare. It is from Walt Disney's Puppy Love from 1933. It was directed by Wilfred Jackson. Legendary animators who worked on this short included Les Clark, Fred Moore, Ben Sharpsteen and more! AND this was way back when Walt Disney Himself still voices Mickey!

The sheet is 2-peghole animation paper and is toned warm yellow with age. It's from around the 2:58 mark (depending on the version) - we grabbed a screen cap from the section (see above - though it was HARD to screenmatch this one to the exact moment since Mickey is playing for several minutes). Paper measures 9.5" x 12". It has a light diagonal fold that starts about 2" down from the top of the left side to the middle of the top edge. 

We will mount this gorgeous piece of art in an acid-free, 4-ply paper mat that measures 11" x 14" - so you can just buy your own frame and hang it in your home gallery. We only use archival/acid-free materials in mounting your artwork. NOTE: in most cases we have not yet mounted the art in a mat, so if you wish to have us leave it unmounted let us know IMMEDIATELY when you make the purchase, as we will often mat it within minutes.
