This wonderful limited edition cel is based on the opening to everyone's favorite cartoon: UNDERDOG! (1964-1967) 

Artist Joe Harris (1928 - 2017), who created Underdog for sponsor General Mills, hand-signed this rare limited cel! The specially prepared background is a print, added for presentation purposes. The cel measures approximately 13.5" x 16.5" and the print background approximately 14.5" x 18.5".

The cel is slightly stuck to the background, the edges of the background have small rips, etc. (and tape residue on back) which will not be seen once you mat the cel. The regular edition was limited to 350 cels and the AP/PP's are each limited to 35.
